Pastor Jaime Bouzard spent his high school years in San Antonio and received a B.A. in Theology from Texas Lutheran University in 1981. He completed his seminary education at Luther-Northwestern Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota and was ordained in August of 1987. He became pastor at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Wimberley in 1996.

Jaime is married to Gayle Gordon Bouzard, who teaches in the Sociology Department at Texas State. They have one son, Zane, a freshman at the University of Texas.
